1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and SX777 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing all access to and use of the website located at sx777.cam and any related services, products or features offered thereon.

SX777 bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register an account or use any gambling services on SX777. Users who are found to be underage will have their accounts immediately suspended, all funds forfeited and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited, restricted or otherwise unlawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. 3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one registered Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information at the time of registration and at all times during the existence of your Account. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.5 Personal Use Only. Accounts are for personal use only. You may not operate an Account on behalf of any third party, and you may not allow any other person to use your Account credentials to access or use the platform.
4.1 To access real-money services, you must complete the registration process and provide all information requested, including a valid email address, date of birth and the payment method details required by the current cashier configuration.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and SX777 bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify SX777 Support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Do not send Account login credentials via email.
4.4 You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address, current at all times. SX777 uses registered contact details for important account, verification and responsible gambling communications.
5.1 SX777 applies KYC procedures in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling commitments. KYC verification may be requested at any point — at registration, prior to the first withdrawal or at any time the platform deems it necessary.
5.2 Typical documentation required during KYC for Pakistani users includes, but is not limited to: (a) a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport; (b) proof of address (where required); and (c) a selfie or liveness check for facial matching against the submitted identity document.
5.3 All documents must be submitted exclusively through the official SX777 secure HTTPS verification portal. SX777 will never request identity documents via social media, unencrypted email, WhatsApp or any unofficial channel. Do not submit documents through any channel other than the official portal.
5.4 Submission of altered, falsified, cropped or otherwise manipulated identity documents constitutes fraud. Any Account found to have submitted fraudulent documents will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
5.5 Withdrawals will not be processed on any Account that has not completed the required KYC verification. SX777 is not liable for delays caused by a User's failure to complete or cooperate with verification procedures.
We strongly recommend completing account verification promptly after registration, rather than waiting until your first withdrawal request. This avoids delays and ensures your Account is fully functional when you need it.
6.1 All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are not permitted and will result in account review, possible suspension and return of funds.
6.2 Payment method availability, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and any applicable processing fees are governed by the live cashier configuration at the time of transaction. SX777 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any particular payment method.
6.3 References to Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual user orientation only. 6.5 SX777 reserves the right to decline, reverse or withhold any deposit that is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargebacks or prohibited conduct.
7.1 Withdrawal requests will only be processed once all KYC verification requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for deposits may be subject to additional verification.
7.2 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, fees and processing categories vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. Processing timelines are indicative only — they are not guaranteed and may be affected by compliance reviews, banking holidays, network conditions and third-party provider timeframes.
7.3 Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw prior to completing wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

7.5 Chargebacks initiated by Users against deposits made to SX777 without first engaging the support process constitute a serious breach of these Terms. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be immediately suspended, and the full chargeback amount plus any associated fees will be considered a debt owed to SX777.
8.1 All promotional offers made available on SX777 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum convertible amounts. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms by reference.
8.2 By opting into any promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood the specific bonus terms. Ignorance of specific bonus terms does not constitute grounds for waiving their application.
8.3 SX777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a User has already opted in and begun wagering, the User will be notified and any qualifying wagering already completed will be credited pro-rata at the operator's discretion.
8.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting wagering patterns identified as low-risk bonus abuse, using software to manipulate bonus outcomes, or colluding with other users to clear bonuses, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom.

9.1 All sports bets and casino game outcomes are governed by the applicable product-specific rules published within each section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.
9.2 Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the platform are binding. SX777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system or human error. Where such voids occur, the original stake will be returned to the User.
9.3 In the event of a disputed outcome — including, but not limited to, disputed match results, cancelled events or technical failures during a live game session — SX777's decision on the applicable resolution (void, settle, replay) shall be final, subject to the dispute process described in Section 17.
9.4 RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed alongside slot games represent theoretical long-run averages computed over millions of game rounds. They do not predict or guarantee individual session results. Past outcomes do not influence future results in certified random number generator (RNG) games.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on SX777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

13.1 SX777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — as to the platform's uninterrupted operation, fitness for purpose, accuracy of odds data, or the outcome of any game or bet.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SX777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, gambling losses, reputational harm or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.
13.3 SX777's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
13.4 SX777 is not responsible for any losses incurred by a User as a result of a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan or any other applicable legislation.
14.1 The collection, storage and processing of personal data submitted by Users is governed by the SX777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
14.2 Personal data collected during account registration, KYC verification, payment processing and platform use is processed for the purposes of: account administration, identity and age verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, responsible gambling enforcement and customer support.
14.3 SX777 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers acting as processors under appropriate data processing agreements, including payment processors, identity verification providers and licensed game studios.
15.1 SX777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, Users will be notified via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change.
15.2 Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.
15.3 The current version of the Terms — together with the effective date — is always published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
16.1 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting SX777 Support. Closure will be processed after all pending bets have been settled and all outstanding verification requirements (if any) have been satisfied. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC.
16.2 By SX777. SX777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where: (a) a User has breached these Terms; (b) SX777 suspects fraud, money laundering or other prohibited conduct; (c) SX777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or court order; or (d) a User has been identified as a Prohibited User.
16.3 Upon termination for breach of these Terms, SX777 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the Account as a set-off against losses, costs or damages caused by the breach.
17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of a User's local jurisdiction, the User remains bound by all applicable local laws regardless of these Terms.
17.2 Complaints Process. If you have a complaint about SX777's services, you must first submit your complaint in writing to the Support team at [email protected]. SX777 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 28 days. You must provide your full account details, a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence.
17.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, escalation options will be communicated to the User based on the applicable licensing jurisdiction's regulatory framework.
17.4 Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
